Rabbits and Llamas and Cairns

Actually, just one llama. Oh my!

I’m having spinal surgery tomorrow, and I’m hopeful and terrified and haven’t come up with anything deeper to say than that, so here are some things I’ve made lately:

six collage cairns. one has a hot-pink background, two are done on top of polaroid pictures, two on white backgrounds, and one on navy. One is mostly green, with a single small petal pink "rock." all of them feature lots of colors and round shapes and I wish I had the energy and brain power to describe them all but I don't, I'm so sorry. — so. many. cairns. (this is only a handful)

Have you ever had surgery? This is my ninth, if you do count wisdom teeth but don’t count all the times I went under anesthesia for IVF and fertility related procedures, plus GI scopes, which would bump me up to…23? Sigh. Let’s call it nine.
